Do my customers need an account?+
No. They get a payment link, or a charge on a card they already saved.
Do I need a crew or an office?+
No. One operator, one truck, one phone.
How do my customers pay?+
The next day at the time you set, a saved card is charged, or customers with an email get a Stripe pay link. Stripe’s card fee comes out of what they pay.
When do you start charging me?+
14 days free. Card at signup; the first charge waits until day 15. Cancel in Settings before then and the card is not charged.
Can I pay $247 in two payments?+
Yes, the first year. $124 when the trial ends, $123 thirty days later.
Can I run it from the truck?+
Yes. Add it to your iPhone Home Screen. Load the customer list on a laptop first.
Does it work on Android?+
Yes. Open it in Chrome and add it to your Home Screen. Same account on a laptop.
Can I import my spreadsheet?+
Yes. On a computer, open Customers and import a CSV or Excel file.
